Policy on all Cooling Units
Now Offering at No Additional Cost Our:
TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty for remanufactured ammonia cooling units covers defects
for Two (2) year after date of shipment to original retail
customer. Trailer Refrigeration, Inc. will replace or repair, at its
option any defective cooling unit within the two (2) year warranty
period, provided the defective cooling unit is shipped to Trailer
Refrigeration, Inc. freight prepaid. If Trailer Refrigeration, Inc.
receives a cooling unit returned within 30 days of original shipment
and finds the cooling unit to be defective upon bench testing,
the customer will be reimbursed for freight charges. The cooling unit
must be returned to Trailer Refrigeration, Inc. by a commercial freight
carrier specified by Trailer Refrigeration, Inc.
Trailer Refrigeration, Inc. is not responsible for damage due to accident,
misuse, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel, or acts of God.
Except for express warranty stated above, Trailer Refrigeration, Inc.
disclaims all warranties including all implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness and the stated express warranty is in lieu of all obligations
or liabilities on the part of Trailer Refrigeration, Inc. for damages.
Including but not limited to special or consequential damages arising
out of or in connections with the use or performance of the materials.
